Release notes
What changed in the app, newest first. The app shows the same notes under What's new after an update, and all of them in About.
15 October 2026
- Plan editor: split budget pots label both parts — this account’s amount and “+” what other accounts spent — and the history line comes twice (all accounts / this account), each with its own “Use …”.
- Plan editor: a budget's pots split by account — what was spent from the plan's account is solid, spending from other accounts (which the budget counts too) is stacked on top, dashed.
- Plan editor: changing the cadence keeps the plan in view — the time axis re-centres on the first date instead of drifting away.
- "What's new" scrolls and lists every release since you last looked. The full history is in About and on another.money/releases.
- Plan editor: a budget now shows what the category actually spent in the periods before it starts and suggests an amount from the last three — tap "Use …" to take it. Lists open as sheets, the picture gives the amount’s side more room, and the time axis zooms with the cadence.
- Budget tab: an "Unbudgeted spending" row shows what you spent outside any budget (a catch-all "Other spending" plan becomes its envelope). Plan editor: budget pots now fill with real spending — the current period against its pace, past periods in green or red.
- A budget on a main category now covers its subcategories (unless a subcategory has its own budget) — on the Budget tab, in reports and in the pace pills. Budget rows say what they include; the plan editor says it as you define the budget.
- The plan editor is now a picture: drag the amount, the first date, the gap between occurrences and the end; tap any underlined word in the sentence below it to type the exact value. One switch turns a scheduled plan into a budget, and "Show on timeline" is now in the editor too.

- Budget summary bars now include scheduled spending and income, with a line for your savings so far.
- On wide screens, tick the checkboxes to select several entries in the list or the Table; Shift-click selects a range. In the Table, a click now only picks the cell.
