Account detail

Transactions for a single account, with this account's running balance front and centre.

  • The big number is the running balance as of the latest cleared

transaction in this account.

  • The counter pills underneath show how many rows sit at each status

below Reconciled: Pending (blue — already in your e-banking), Cleared (amber — bank has posted), and Unreconciled (grey — not yet at the bank). Tap a pill to scroll the list to the first row in that state.

  • The account's accent colour tints the left edge of every row.

Header icons

  • Search — filter rows in this account by payee, memo, or amount.
  • Filters — narrow by category, classification, or status.
  • Reconcile — open the reconciliation flow (compare with a

statement, mark rows reconciled in bulk).

  • New transaction — pre-fills this account so the form opens one

tap away from "Save".

Tips

  • Long-press any row to enter selection mode without using the header

icon.

  • The sort menu on the chip row lets you flip between date order and

payee order. Date desc is the default.

  • Transfers between two of your own accounts show a small ↔ pill —

tapping it jumps to the matching transaction in the other account.

Reconcile mode

Tap the Reconcile icon in the header to compare this account against a bank statement and lock matched rows in.

  • The yellow banner shows the statement date · target balance

on the first line and how much is left to clear on the second. Tap it to change the date or target mid-session.

  • Each tap on a row toggles it between unreconciled and

cleared. The progress strip under the banner fills as you go and turns green at 100 %.

  • + Adjust inserts a balance-adjustment row for the exact gap

amount with one tap. The inserted row shows up as a chip in the banner — tap the pencil to recategorise or the × to delete.

  • ✓✓ Mark all clears every unreconciled row in one shot when

you've already checked the statement matches the full list.

  • ✓ Finish (green) commits the session: every cleared row gets

stamped reconciled with the statement date and the statement balance is snapped to the target. Only enabled when the delta reaches zero.

  • The 🗑️ Discard button in the banner rolls back the session —

cleared rows revert to unreconciled, target / date are forgotten.

Leave the mode with the × in the bottom bar to keep your work in progress — the session resumes the next time you tap Reconcile.
