Recently deleted

Everything deleted from this book, newest first, so a delete can be taken back later — not only right after it happened.

The list

Each row names the item, its type (account, category, payee, transaction, report, plan …) and when it was deleted. The Type chips narrow the list to one or more kinds.

Restoring

Restore brings the item back where it was. It returns the item itself only: splits that belonged to it and links that were cleared when it was deleted (for example transactions that were moved to another category) stay as they are now.

Tips

• Right after a delete, Undo in the message at the bottom of the screen is the quickest way back, and it puts everything back, links included.
• On a shared book a restore syncs to the other devices like any other change.
• To go back to an earlier state of the whole book, use History instead.
