Recurring templates

Templates that generate transactions on a schedule — payday, rent, subscriptions, monthly transfers. Each template owns its own cycle (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly / custom) and an auto-enter horizon.

Header icons

• Window menu — pick how far ahead the Upcoming section

looks: 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days, or Next occurrence which always shows exactly one row per template regardless of the window.

• New template — open the new-template form.

Auto-enter

• Templates with auto-enter ≥ 0 generate transactions

automatically on book open: any due-date within that many days of today gets booked as an unaccepted row.

• Templates with auto-enter < 0 stay in the Upcoming list until

you tap Enter now manually.

• The bolt icon next to a row's date means it's overdue.

Tips

• Tap Enter now on an upcoming row to book it immediately and

advance the template's next-due date.

• Splits, recurring transfers, and recurring transactions with FX

conversion are all supported — the template stores the same shape as a regular transaction.
