Past imports
Every statement import committed into this book, newest first. Reach it from More → Past imports or from the Past imports button on the import wizard's done banner.
What is listed
One card per import:
- When — the date and time the import was committed.
- Counts — N rows imported · N still in the ledger, plus N removed or undone once some rows are gone.
- Accounts — a chip per account the import wrote into. Deleted account stands in for one that has since been deleted.
Imports that wrote no rows (a commit that failed part-way) are not listed. Until the first import the screen offers Import bank data.
Remove
Remove takes the import's transactions back out of the ledger, after a confirmation that names the count. It is one undoable step: the rows are marked deleted rather than erased, both legs of a transfer go together, and on a shared book the removal syncs to the other devices like any delete. Undo it from the snackbar that appears afterwards or with the app's Undo.
Remove only touches transactions. Accounts, categories and payees the import created stay — use Undo import on the done banner right after importing if you want those gone too.
Mark reviewed
While some of an import's rows are still in the transactions list's Imports to review filter, the card shows N to review under its counts and offers Mark reviewed. One tap marks every one of those rows reviewed, so they leave the filter. It is one undoable step and changes no balance — the rows counted toward your balances from the moment they were imported.
Removed and undone
A card whose rows are all gone — removed here, undone from the done banner, or deleted one by one — shows a Removed pill instead of the button and stays in the list as a record. N still in the ledger counts the rows that are live right now, so it also drops when you delete imported rows individually.
What is not stored
The file name is not recorded; a card carries only the date, the counts and the accounts. Note the file elsewhere if you need to trace an import back to it. The list is derived from the book's change history, not from the file.
