Everything that does not fit on the main tab bar, grouped by what you came to do. Rows are one line each; the right edge shows the answer where there is one, such as a count, when the book last synced, or how much space it uses, so you often do not need to open the row at all.

Search

The box at the top searches every setting in the app, not just the screens on this list. Type part of a setting's name ("negative", "font", "quiet hours") and tap a result: the right screen opens, scrolled to that section, which flashes briefly. Help articles match too.

Plan and password

The first two chips under the search box show your subscription and whether this book has a password. Tap the plan chip to see or manage plans. Tap the password chip to add one, or to change it in Book settings. A missing password is shown in amber because cloud sync and sharing need one.

The Last backup chip says when this book was last copied off this device, by a saved book file, a JSON backup or a sync: never, today or 3 days ago. It turns amber when a book with transactions that is neither synced nor shared has no backup from the last 14 days. Tap it to open Backup & restore.

Recent

The last four places you opened from this tab, newest first: rows such as Categories or History, settings pages you opened inside Book settings or App settings (shown as the page itself, for example Appearance), and settings you reached through Search. Tap a chip to go straight back. Switches and actions (biometric unlock, Lock) are not listed. The strip appears once you have opened something and is the same for every book on this device.

Set up

Categories and Payees, with their counts.
Currencies & rates: the book's currency, how many others it uses, and the exchange-rate history.
Book settings: formatting, financial calendar, classifications, budget and security. Tagged book because these sync to everyone who shares the book.

Keep safe

Books & Sync: cloud backup and live sharing. The row shows when the book last synced, or "Not set up".
Backup & restore: save the book as a file, open one, or work with a JSON snapshot.
History: every change, with undo and restore to any moment.
Recently deleted: bring back deleted accounts, categories, payees and transactions. The badge counts what is waiting.
Storage & history: what uses space and how much change history to keep. The size appears once you have opened the screen.
Restore a shared book: rebuild a shared book on this device from your owner recovery phrase.

Move data

Import bank data: QIF, OFX, CSV, XLSX or MT940 files.
Past imports: every import, with the option to remove one.
Export to CSV: a flat file of transactions for spreadsheets.

This device

Settings that stay on this device and are not shared with the book:

Appearance & app settings: theme, language, text size and the transactions list. Tagged device.
Notifications: what you are reminded about and when. The row shows whether reminders are on and how far ahead they arrive.
Biometric unlock (native, password set): unlock this book with Face ID or a fingerprint.
Lock book: require the password again on next open.
