Reports

Pre-built and custom reports over your ledger data — spending, income, budget variance, net worth, cash flow.

Standard reports

  • Spending by category — top expenses in the chosen window.
  • Income by category — same for credits.
  • Net worth — total balance across all accounts over time.
  • Budget vs Actual — bar / waterfall comparison.
  • Cash flow — Sankey of money in vs. money out.
  • Balance forecast — daily projected balance per account; warns when it dips below zero (or your floor) before payday.
  • Subscriptions & fixed costs — every recurring expense annualised, so you see the whole commitment per month and per year.
  • Savings rate — the share of income you keep, plotted over time. Transfers between accounts count as neither income nor spending; when an account filter is active, the net transfer flow is shown alongside the rate.
  • Financial condition — assets, liabilities and net worth as of the window's end, with a comparative column as of its start.
  • Changes in net worth — opening net worth + income − expenses ± other changes = closing net worth; the statement always reconciles.
  • Cash flow statement — operating / investing / financing over your cash accounts; sections are inferred from each transfer's partner account type.

Custom reports

Open a standard report and tap Save as in the report view to clone its settings into a new custom report. Custom reports persist in this book and survive backup / restore.

Tips

  • Tap any chart segment to select it — a summary appears near the chart with actions like View transactions to drill into the underlying data.
  • The Group-by chips inside a report drive the pivot axis; the Date-range chips drive the window.
  • Switch the view chip (Table / Bar / Area / Heatmap / Waterfall / Sankey) to reshape the same data without re-running it.
